How long does it take to get a badge and v- account for work onsite at Microsoft?

Once the paperwork is submitted, it usually takes about 7 days.

How do I reset my v- password?

Call helpdesk at 866-539-4191.  They will send your manager (Darrek Rosen, alias v-darrer) or someone who also reports to Darrek Rosen your password and he/she will pass it on to you.  Rebecca Seeman (alias v-reseem) and Lauren Lumbard (alias v-lalu) can both receive reset passwords for you. Make sure you notify the person you select to receive your password of this request, as the help desk may not put your name on the email notification so the manager will not know who the new password is for if you don’t notify them.
