Once the paperwork is submitted, it usually takes about 7 days.
Call the help desk at 866-539-4191. They will send Rebecca Seeman your password and they/she will pass it on to you. Make sure you notify the manager of this request as the help desk will not put your name on the email notification so the manager will not know who the new password is for if you don’t notify them.
Notify RS Solutions Human Relations (email@example.com) and she will contact our support person at MS to research the problem.
